Hi, I’m Rachel — mum, wife, educator, mentor and the face behind The Educators Well.

With over 20 years of experience across Early Childhood Education, Family Day Care, in-home care and community support, I’m passionate about supporting educators, children and families in ways that feel real, practical and sustainable.

I recently completed my Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care, alongside additional training in first aid, child protection, food safety and educator wellbeing.

My approach to training is warm, supportive and down-to-earth. I understand the realities of working in education and care, and I aim to create learning environments where people feel comfortable, capable and genuinely supported — not overwhelmed or judged.
Through The Educators Well, I offer mobile training, mentoring and professional development with a strong focus on wellbeing, connection and sustainable practice.
